How We Live Out Connection
Bridging to Belonging
The Bridging to Belonging program demonstrates the IFLC’s commitment to fostering connection. By using storytelling, listening, and group engagement, the program builds trust and a sense of belonging. In groups of 6-8 people, guided by a moderator, participants share stories, explore values, and engage in dialogue to connect and learn from each other.
