IFLC Cosponsors this year’s Glazer Institute event on Faith, Courage, and Wisdom: The Language of Resilience. The Glazer Institute is the longest-running Interfaith Institute in the country, celebrating Temple Beth El’s historic and growing commitment to interfaith relations.
During times of chaos and uncertainty, religious communities provide us with a path toward goodness and wholeness in our lives. Deep spiritual wisdom, honed through the ages, can offer the opportunity to regain equilibrium in a grim world, and build compassion when we need it most.
RABBI KARYN KEDAR is a poet, a bridge builder, and a master teacher. She has spent decades reflecting on the practical insights of Jewish tradition in order to share the guiding principles that can help us stay grounded, giving, and honest. And while the Glazer Institute this year emerges from the painful reality of war in Israel and Gaza, we hope to create a spiritual response that will unite our interfaith community, rather than a political response that often has the capacity to divide us.
