Your donation makes a difference. There are many ways to support the InterFaith Leadership Council of Metropolitan Detroit.

If you are unsure of how much to donate or where your contribution can make the most impact, here are some suggested donation levels to guide you:

Peace Partner

What you will support

Donating $50.00 helps a congregation participate in the World Sabbath.

The World Sabbath’s mission is to unite Metro Detroit’s diverse population in fostering justice, equality, respect, and peace, especially among youth.

Cultural Contributor

$150

What You Will Support

When you donate $150.00, you will send one student to participate in our Religious Diversity Journeys program.

Religious Diversity Journeys allows students to experience visits to five different houses of worship and one cultural journey for first-person learning about the Christian, Hindu, Islam, Jewish, and Sikh faith traditions.

Interfaith Innovator

What You Will Support

A donation at this level will support an educational event hosted by the Education Committee.

This committee promotes understanding and appreciation of diverse faiths through education, aiming to teach about various traditions, including lesser-known ones. The goal is to create safe environments for interfaith interactions and prevent one-sided faith education.

Bridge Builder

What You Will Support

This donation sponsors a Bridging to Belonging program group in the community.

Bridging to Belonging empowers individuals by developing skills and offering bridging experiences in small, diverse groups. Creating spaces of belonging is fundamental to all other community efforts, supporting the successful co-creation of our shared future.

A donation of any size supports our organization in many ways.

All donations made to our organization are eligible for tax deductions in compliance with IRS guidelines and federal tax laws.
